How to make regular nail polish look like gel nail polish is easy to do but be warned that it will not last as long as gel nail polish.

Who does not like gel manicure for the way it looks, shines for weeks and how it lasts for a long time. I had love gel nail polish until I found out how harmful it can be to your nails. I had dislike how my gel nails would lift and snag on things when it was growing out, but that is not an issue anymore.

I first use a regular base coat, then my regular nail polish and lastly I apply my gel effect top coat nail polish. The results are that my nails look the same as when I have a gel manicure. The gel effect top coat nail polish can easily be taken off with regular nail polish and will not cause your nail to become brittle or damage like the gel manicure.

I cannot believe the amount of money I save on manicure’s now by doing my own nails at home and getting similar results as when I went to the manicurist.
